Why Manila

Why patients plan their work here.

Three Metro Manila clinics, open six days a week, Sundays included.

01

Specialist-led, start to finish.

Implant and full-mouth cases are planned by a Prosthodontic Specialist recognised by the Professional Regulation Commission — not handed to a rotating associate.

Prosthodontist-planned
02

A cost you can plan around.

Single-tooth implants start at ₱100,000 — implant, abutment and crown. You get a firm figure in writing after your assessment, not a moving number.

Written estimate
03

Scheduled around your trip.

We map the visits to your travel dates. Some cases finish in one trip; implants usually need a short first visit and a return once healing is done.

International patient questions

What patients ask before they travel.

Cost, timing, imaging and what happens once you're home.

/01 Can dental implants be finished in one trip?

Sometimes, but most implant cases need the implant placed on a first visit and the final crown fitted after three to six months of healing. We tell you honestly what your case needs before you book flights, and plan the visits around your dates.

/02 How much do dental implants cost for international patients in the Philippines?

At Modern Smiles, single-tooth implants start at ₱100,000 — covering the implant, abutment and crown. Multi-tooth and full-arch cases are quoted after assessment. There is no international surcharge; you pay the same guide fees as local patients.

/03 What do I need to send for the online consultation?

Clear photos of your teeth and smile from a few angles, and any recent X-rays, panoramic films or scans you have. If you can't get imaging abroad, we can start the plan from photos and complete the films (periapical from ₱600, panoramic from ₱1,250) on your first in-person visit.

/04 How do I pay?

At our Shine Residences and Rockwell Sheridan branches: cash, card, HMO or installment. At The Grove branch: GCash, cash, bank transfer or card via PayPal. HMO coverage and Smile Savers membership benefits are for local patients.

/05 What happens if there's a problem after I fly home?

You leave with a direct contact and a written after-care plan. For anything urgent we arrange a video review and, if needed, coordinate with a dentist near you. Implant follow-up is completed on your return visit.
