Clear aligners at Modern Smiles.
A short look at straightening your teeth without traditional braces.
Straighten your teeth without traditional braces. Aligners are removable, nearly invisible, and planned digitally so you can see where your teeth are heading before you start. For some cases braces are still the better tool — and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Most adult cases run somewhere between six and eighteen months, depending on how much movement is needed.
We assess your bite and crowding, take records, and talk through whether aligners or braces suit your case better.
Your tooth movements are planned digitally, with a projected timeline and a written quote. You decide before anything is ordered.
Your custom aligner sets are manufactured to that plan and shipped to the clinic.
Each set is worn 20–22 hours a day for around two weeks, then you switch to the next at home. Results depend heavily on actually wearing them.
Periodic visits so we can confirm your teeth are tracking to plan and hand over your next sets.
Once your teeth are where they should be, a retainer holds them there. Skipping retainers is the single most common reason people relapse.

Orthodontic pricing depends on how much movement your case needs and how long treatment runs. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after your assessment.
Aligners or braces? We recommend whichever genuinely fits your case, not whichever costs more. For severe crowding, rotations or bite correction, braces often do the job better and faster — and we'd rather tell you that than sell you aligners.
Cost, comfort, timelines, and whether aligners or braces suit your case.
Clear aligner pricing at Modern Smiles is confirmed in writing after your orthodontic consultation and digital assessment, because the fee depends on how much tooth movement your case needs and how long treatment runs. For comparison, self-ligating braces start at ₱120,000 and metal braces start at ₱70,000. Book an orthodontic consultation for a quote specific to your case.
Teeth can be moved at any age, so there's no upper limit for adult orthodontics. Aligners suit adults who want something discreet and removable, and who will genuinely wear them 20–22 hours a day. If you know you'd take them out often, fixed braces are usually the more reliable choice.
Most adult cases take somewhere between six and eighteen months. Simple spacing or mild crowding can finish sooner; cases involving bite correction take longer. You'll get a projected timeline as part of your written treatment plan.
You'll feel pressure and some tenderness for a day or two after switching to a new set — that's the teeth moving. It settles quickly and most patients find it easier than adjusting to fixed braces.
Most HMO plans in the Philippines do not cover orthodontic treatment, though some plans offer partial benefits. We're accredited with Maxicare, Cocolife, PhilCare, Filipino Doctors and Health Partners at our Shine Residences and Rockwell Sheridan branches, and we'll check exactly what your card covers before you commit. Installment options are available.
Sometimes, but it depends on where your case has got to and what movement is left. Bring your records to a consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether switching helps or just adds cost.
A ₱1,500 consultation gets you an assessment and a written plan with your options priced. No pressure, no hard sell.
