Smile Savers — ₱3,500 / year

These are the full terms of the Smile Savers Membership Program at Modern Smiles Dental Clinic. A printed membership agreement is signed in-clinic at the time of enrolment.

1. Membership fee

The Smile Savers Membership fee is ₱3,500, valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. The membership fee is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. The ₱3,500 rate is effective 1 September 2026.

2. Membership inclusions

During the one-year membership period, the member is entitled to inclusions worth about ₱9,000:

• Two (2) consultations (comprehensive dental examinations)
• Two (2) regular dental cleanings
• Two (2) small, single-surface dental fillings
• 10% off eligible regular-priced dental services
• 50% off in-office teeth whitening
• Priority booking
• Access to exclusive Smile Savers member promotions

Unused inclusions and benefits expire at the end of the membership period and cannot be carried over to the next membership year.

3. Branch validity

The Smile Savers Membership is valid only at the Modern Smiles Dental Clinic branch where the membership was availed or first used. Once activated or first used at a specific branch, that branch becomes the member's registered Branch of Membership for the entire membership period. All Smile Savers inclusions, discounts, priority booking, and other benefits must be availed at that branch. Membership benefits cannot be transferred to or used at another Modern Smiles branch. Services availed at another branch will be charged separately at the applicable rates.

4. Dental cleaning coverage

The complimentary cleaning benefit covers mild to moderate cases only. If the dentist determines that a severe case, deep cleaning, or periodontal treatment is required, an additional charge of ₱1,500 applies. The recommended treatment and charge are explained before the procedure, and the treating dentist's clinical assessment determines the type of cleaning required.

5. Dental filling coverage

The membership includes up to two (2) small, single-surface fillings during the membership period. The treating dentist will determine whether a cavity qualifies. Larger, multi-surface, complex, cosmetic, or other restorations will be charged separately according to the clinic's prevailing rates.

6. Member discounts

The 10% member discount applies to eligible regular-priced services only. The 50% discount applies to in-office teeth whitening. Smile Savers discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, packages, HMO benefits, or special offers. Certain laboratory fees, outsourced services, materials, medications, and third-party charges may be excluded.

7. Appointments and priority booking

Priority booking remains subject to dentist schedules, clinic operating hours, and appointment availability, and does not guarantee a specific dentist, date, or time. Standard clinic policies on appointments, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows continue to apply.

8. Clinical assessment

All treatments and membership inclusions are subject to the dentist's professional and clinical assessment. Membership does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed if it is not clinically appropriate. Diagnostic procedures such as X-rays, scans, photographs, or other examinations required for diagnosis and treatment planning are not included unless specifically stated and may be charged separately.

9. Validity and renewal

Membership is valid for one (1) year from activation. Unused services, discounts, and benefits expire on the membership expiry date and have no cash value. Renewal is not automatic and will be subject to the rates, benefits, and terms available at the time of renewal.

10. Cancellation and refunds

The Smile Savers Membership fee is generally non-refundable once activated or once any membership benefit has been used. Membership and unused benefits cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared. Modern Smiles may suspend or cancel membership in cases of misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of clinic policies.

11. Program changes

Modern Smiles Dental Clinic may reasonably revise program terms, eligible services, or benefits. Changes will not affect benefits already properly availed of before the change takes effect.

12. Member acknowledgment

By joining, the member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Smile Savers Membership Program — including that membership is branch-specific; that the complimentary cleaning covers mild to moderate cases only and severe cases carry a ₱1,500 charge; that included fillings are limited to small, single-surface fillings; that member discounts cannot be combined with other offers; that unused benefits expire after one year and are not convertible to cash; and that treatment recommendations and eligibility for benefits remain subject to the treating dentist's professional judgment.
