When you book an appointment through this website, we ask for:
- Your full name, and the name of the patient if you are booking for someone else
- Your contact number and email address
- Your preferred branch, preferred date and time, and the treatment you are enquiring about
- Whether you are a new or returning patient
- If you are using an HMO: your HMO provider, card details, company, date of birth, valid ID type and date of availment — these are required by your HMO provider in order to verify your coverage
We also receive standard technical information that any website receives, such as your device type and browser, and information collected by our website platform for security and analytics purposes.
Why we collect it

- To verify your HMO coverage with your provider, where you have asked us to
- To maintain your dental records as required for clinical care
- To contact you about your appointment or your treatment
- To meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations as a healthcare provider
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is necessary: with your HMO provider when verifying your coverage, with dental laboratories where your treatment requires it, and with service providers who help us operate this website and our booking system. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Dental records are retained for the period required by Philippine law and professional practice standards. Booking enquiries that do not become appointments are kept only as long as needed to respond to them.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect your information, and we limit access to staff who need it to provide your care.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, to object to certain processing, to request erasure or blocking in the circumstances the law allows, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
