If you're researching dentures for yourself or a parent, the first question is usually the same: how much will this cost? Here's an honest guide based on what patients actually pay in Metro Manila.
Typical denture prices
At Modern Smiles, our guide fees are published openly:
- Partial denture (all-acrylic) — starts at ₱14,500. The budget-friendly option that blends with your existing teeth.
- Complete denture (upper or lower) — starts at ₱30,000, including consultation, impressions, try-in, and final delivery.
- Partial denture (metal framework) — starts at ₱45,000. Thinner, stronger, and more durable than acrylic.
Final costs are confirmed after a clinical evaluation, and installment plans are available.

What affects the price?
Three things drive denture pricing: the material (acrylic vs. cobalt-chrome framework), the number of teeth being replaced, and the fit complexity — gums and bone change shape over time, and a well-fitted denture requires careful impressions and a try-in appointment.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days after impressions, depending on the case. Most patients need three visits: consultation and smile design, a try-in to preview the fit, and final delivery with after-care.
Denture or implant?
Dentures are the faster, more affordable route. Dental implants cost more upfront (single-tooth implants start at ₱100,000) but are fixed in place and help prevent bone loss. Many patients combine both with an implant-supported overdenture. The right answer depends on your bone condition, budget, and goals — which is exactly what a consultation is for.
